Shaundell Newsome is Founder & Visionary of Sumnu Marketing is a three-time SBA Nevada Award winner; Small business Champion of the Year (2008), Family-Owned Business of Year (2015) and Entrepreneurial Spirit of the Year (2023). In 2008 he was recognized as one of the “Top 40 under 40 businessperson in Business Las Vegas. He authored a book titled The Twelve Steps of Marketing, A Perfect Guide to Branding sold on Amazon and has taught thousands of small business owners through in person and virtual workshops over the past two decades. Newsome recently served as co-chairman for the Las Vegas Super Bowl Host Committee Community Aairs Subcommittee for Super Bowl 58 and Chairman of the Urban Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He currently serves on the Vegas Chamber of Commerce Trustee Board and as a co-chairman for the Small Business for America’s Future, a national advocacy nonprofit that works in policy for small business owners, locally and nationally.

Morris Jackson II is the CEO of Valhallan HQ Esports Training, where he leads national efforts to redefine youth engagement through competitive gaming, leadership development, and gamified learning experiences. With over 30 years of experience spanning finance, real estate, and now esports, Morris brings a strategic, cross-industry perspective to the role of gaming in education, marketing, and community impact. He is also a passionate advocate for workforce development and youth empowerment through technology.
