Invite the Community to the 29th Annual Homeless Vigil
Caridad, a charity whose mission is humanizing the homeless, and Straight From The Streets invite the community to the 29th Annual Homeless Vigil to recognize those who lost their lives on the street on Thursday, December 15, 2022 from 1:00 – 5:30 p.m. at Hebron, located at 1150 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, NV 89104.
The event begins with speeches by Pastor Nina Griffin; Mary Spriggs and Alycia Bolling with Straight From The Streets; Catherine Huang Herrera with Clark County Social Service; Catrina Grigsby-Thedford with Nevada Homeless Connect and Merideth Spriggs with Caridad. Candles will be distributed at 4:45 followed by a reading of the names of those who lost their lives on the street this year. The vigil ends with distribution of socks and underwear for the homeless donated by Hanes
