Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) is the world’s largest annual celebration of innovators and job creators. Held for one week in November, it’s a massive international campaign that connects millions of people in over 200 countries with the resources, knowledge, and collaborators they need to start and scale new businesses.
The campaign is driven by the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) and thousands of partner organizations that host events ranging from workshops and pitch competitions to networking mixers.
The theme for the 2025 campaign is:
“Together We Build”
This theme emphasizes collaboration and the collective power of community, encouraging entrepreneurs, mentors, investors, and policymakers to join forces to create a resilient and inclusive economic future.
Nevada’s Implementation of the GEW Program
The organization responsible for the state’s efforts is Global Entrepreneurship Week Nevada (GEW Nevada), with a focus on connecting the local community and demonstrating the state’s collaborative spirit.
