UNLV’s Molasky Family Department of Economics and Real Estate hosts a public research seminar with Ed Coulson. Coulson is a professor of economics and public policy at the University of California, Irvine and directs research at its Center for Real Estate. His research includes housing and rental markets, affordability, inflation and appraisals; he previously directed UNLV’s Lied Center for Real Estate.

The seminar is free and open to the general public, and no registration is required. It takes place from 10:30 a.m. to noon in Hospitality Hall, Room 210, on UNLV’s Maryland Parkway campus. The department’s official event page provides contact information and any schedule updates.
