Over the past year, I’ve embarked on a journey of health and wellness, and as part of that, I launched an online movement called #MoveMyAss. Because let’s face it, sometimes you just need to get up and get that blood flowing! The #MoveMyAss movement encourages us to commit to moving our bodies at least three times a week. Now, with the support of Bikini Fitness Women Club (#WomanOwnedGym), we’re taking #MoveMyAss live! Join us for an exhilarating event where we’ll work out together and truly move our bodies. Led by expert personal trainers, the event will feature dynamic exercises using a variety of gym equipment, targeting different muscle groups for an effective workout. But it’s not just about sweating it out – expect plenty of fun and camaraderie as we embark on this fitness journey together!
