Somewhere between the calendar invites and the deliverables, you forgot that joy is allowed to be ridiculous.

Consider this your correction.

Join Living La Vita Ladies for an evening of movement, laughter, and exactly zero pressure to be good at anything. We’ll start with a private goat yoga session — yes, real goats, roaming freely, completely unbothered by your downward dog — led by an instructor who designs for every level, including “I own a yoga mat but we’ve never met.”

Here’s the thing about goats: they don’t care about your title, your inbox, or your five-year plan. They will climb on you mid-pose anyway. And somewhere around the third time a tiny hooved creature interrupts your warrior two, you’ll notice something — you’re not thinking about work. You’re not thinking about anything. You’re just there, laughing. That’s Radical Presence. The goats are simply better at teaching it than most consultants.

After class, we’ll gather around a grazing table (the irony is intentional) with elevated bites and specialty beverages, and do the thing this community does best: real conversation with women who value adventure, wellness, and a life with actual stories in it.

You’ll leave with sore cheeks from laughing, a camera roll you’ll actually revisit, and a packet of wildflower seeds — a small, plantable reminder that joy isn’t something you earn after everything else is finished. It’s something you make room for.
