Attendees will learn about energy healing – what it is, how it works, what it feels like and what wellbeing and performance benefits it provides. Attendees will also experience an energy healing session. The session portion begins with a guided meditation to help attendees feel more grounded and relaxed, followed by a series of energies designed to release tension, anxiety, and mental chatter, improve mental and emotional states, and feel a sense of deep relaxation.
