CultureCon West 2026 takes place October 27–29 at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Organized by CultureCon, the conference focuses on workplace culture, employee experience and the practices that shape how people work together. Its audience includes human resources leaders, executives, managers and other professionals responsible for supporting people or influencing organizational culture.

October 27 begins with an optional Culture Strategy Studio preconference workshop, followed later by registration, a happy hour, an innovation showcase and connection activities. The workshop requires a separate ticket. October 28 and 29 contain the main program, including keynotes, concurrent breakout sessions, meals and networking intervals. The schedule identifies an additional VIP after-party on the final evening that also requires separate purchase. The calendar’s three-day span represents these scheduled activities, not continuous programming.

Conference tickets include a Certificate of Organizational Culture Leadership. The organizer also states that the conference qualifies for SHRM and HRCI credits. Team options and limited grant funding are described on the registration page. Admission categories matter because optional programming is identified separately from the experiences included with a standard ticket. History in Las Vegas

CultureCon’s own recap documents its 2025 West conference at Planet Hollywood from November 3–5. That edition included talks on supporting people leaders, workplace connection and the role of shared experiences in employee engagement. The organizer reported 460 total ticket holders and described activities that connected conference participation with nonprofit support. The 2026 meeting returns to the same Las Vegas property, with an October schedule and a new program rather than a repetition of the prior year’s agenda.

Planet Hollywood is located at 3667 South Las Vegas Boulevard. The 2026 agenda places registration and networking in the convention-center foyer and assigns presentations and activities to the Celebrity Ballrooms. Larger shared sessions and smaller concurrent sessions therefore take place within the resort’s meeting facilities. Meals, breaks and scheduled social activities provide distinct periods for conversation between the formal program blocks.

The conference’s role is to give organizational leaders a setting to compare approaches to employee experience and discuss how culture changes through management decisions. Its combination of research, practitioner presentations and participatory activities connects broad workplace questions with the day-to-day responsibilities of people leading teams and supporting employees.
