CREDA Southern Nevada — the commercial real estate development association formerly known as NAIOP Southern Nevada — opens its September breakfast program with a look at where capital is actually moving in the valley and where risk is getting repriced.

Brendan Keating, Managing Director at Local Asset Management, and Owen Sherwood, VP and Commercial Sales Manager at Fidelity National Title’s National Commercial Services group, bring the perspective of people who see deal flow before it shows up in the headlines. Expect a candid read on what is financeable right now, what is not, and which asset classes are worth pursuing heading into 2027.

The program runs in the French Quarter Ballroom on the second floor of The Orleans, sponsored by R&O Construction. Registration, networking and breakfast open at 7:30 a.m.; the program and Q&A run 8:00 to 9:15 a.m. A professionally produced live-stream option is available for those who cannot attend in person.

Reservation deadline is 5 p.m. the Friday before the program. Unpaid no-shows are billed.
