The Nevada State Apartment Association presents its 19th Annual Jewel Awards on December 5, 2026, from 4:30 to 10:00 p.m. at Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas. The Ocean of Diamonds themed gala recognizes leaders, innovators and teams in Southern Nevada’s multifamily housing industry and offers an evening of professional networking.

The event takes place in the Red Rock and Charleston Ballrooms at 11011 West Charleston Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89135. Formal attire is required, and attendees must be 21 or older.
