Lisa Motley

Vice President – Sports and Special Events, Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority – LVCVA

Lisa Motley, a veteran of casino, hotel, sports, and special events marketing, sales, and operations, currently holds the position of Senior Director of Sports and Special Events for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA). In this role, Motley led the team to secure four NFL tentpole events; Pro Bowl, Draft, and Super Bowl LVIII, as well as the 2028 NCAA Men’s Final Four. She was instrumental in securing numerous international soccer matches, NCAA championships, and the development of the sports tourism strategy. Before the LVCVA, Motley served as the Director of Marketing for Las Vegas Motor Speedway, where she developed the marketing and digital strategies for the property’s 10 tracks and 1,400 event days including NASCAR and NHRA. She also oversaw the B2B initiative and CRM platform.

Prior to LVCVA and LVMS, Lisa held the role of Marketing and Digital Media Specialist for Las Vegas Events. Lisa assisted in marketing efforts for the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo and USA Basketball.

Before LVE, Lisa enjoyed tenures in advertising at the Golden Nugget, Lund & Manasse Advertising, New York-New York Hotel & Casino, and Aladdin Resort & Casino.

Motley has been involved with Special Olympics for ten plus years. She is a 2021 Sports Business Journal Game Changer, 2020 Connect Sports Game Changer, 2019 Leadership Las Vegas graduate, 2018 40 Under 40 and 2018 Women of Intrigue awards winner.
Born in St. Paul, Minn., and a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Lisa has resided in Las Vegas for 23 years.

Stephanie Rogers

Vice President of Marketing – Vegas Golden Knights

Stephanie is the Vice President of Marketing for the 2023 Stanley Cup Champion Vegas Golden Knights. In this role, she oversees fan experience, paid media, content, general marketing, fan development and Latino marketing and outreach. A core focus of her role is building fandom individually for each of the Foley Entertainment Group’s brands, as well as finding synergies across the portfolio of properties which includes hotels, wineries, professional sports teams and restaurants around the world. 

Previously, Stephanie spent many years in the golf industry, most recently at the PGA TOUR where she led digital and social marketing, paid media, brand development, fan experience, content production and content partnerships for some of the TOUR’s biggest events globally, before joining the business development team. 

She’s a proud Iowan and Hawkeye, dog mom to Acie, sits on the University of Iowa’s Sports & Rec Management Advisory Board and was named to AdWeek Rising in 2021.

Blair Hardiek

Chief Marketing and Communications Officer – Las Vegas Aces

Blair Hardiek is the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for the Back-to-Back WNBA Champions, the Las Vegas Aces. The Las Vegas Aces are a people-first organization that aims for excellence both on and off the court. The Aces are deeply committed to enriching and impacting the local community and support diversity, inclusion, mental health, wellness, and education. The organization is proud to lead the way by working with schools, community-based organizations, and utilizing the WNBA platform to encourage the love of basketball.

Prior joining the Aces, Hardiek helped launch the NBA Academy Women’s Program. She served as Global director, and then Elite Player Pathways Lead.

NBA Academy is the NBA’s international elite development initiative consisting of a network of elite basketball training centers around the world. The goal is to develop top international male and female prospects and marks the NBA’s most significant investment in elite player development. From 2017-2021 NBA leadership leaned on Hardiek’s expertise to open Academies (in Australia, China, India, Mexico and Senegal) and help execute programming in each Academy.

From 2007-2021, Hardiek served as the president and CEO of Azzi Academy which provides year-round basketball programming to youth in the Bay Area with an emphasis on leadership and life skills

The University of Missouri-Columbia graduate was the Associate Head Coach and International Recruiting Coordinator for the University of San Francisco Women’s Basketball Team from 2010-2016. Hardiek helped lead USF win its first WCC Championship and NCAA appearance in more than 20 years. Additionally, Hardiek served as the associate head coach at San Francisco State University, 2009-10. 

As a sports analyst for the Golden State Warriors, Hardiek hosted the Warriors 30-minunte postgame show from 2019-21 for NBC Sports Bay Area.

Alexis McBride – Moderator

General Manager, Client Services – The Trade Desk

Alexis McBride is an accomplished advertising professional with nearly 15 years of experience in media. Her professional tenure consists of a variety of global roles within the digital marketing ecosystem across brand, agency and advertising technology. For the last four years, Alexis has grown within The Trade Desk and currently serves as General Manager of Client Services at The Trade Desk. In this role, she is responsible for a team across the West region who provide best in class service to partners and clients of The Trade Desk.

Outside of work, you can find Alexis enjoying spending time with her husband and two children, reading and traveling (though rarely doing all three at the same time). Alexis graduated from University of California, Berkeley and currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
