As the Manager of TPIP\, Matt helps facilitate and execute the technology transfer mission with protection of intellectual property via patents and copyrights and development of partnerships with non-federal entities through Cooperative Research andDevelopment Agreements (CRADA)\, Agreements for Commercializing Technologies (ACT)\, Material Transfer Agreements (MTA)\, and research subcontracts with university partners. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n | David KistinManager\, Technology and Economic Development\, Sandia National LaboratoriesDavid leads several programs that leverage the people\, technologies\, and facilities of the Labs in support of regional economic development.
