With a background working with homeless and at-risk families\, including overseeing a transitional housing program for veterans\, Babbitt is well-versed in Housing First practices and advocacy for marginalized communities. More than 25 volunteers are required for each shift to ensure the successful planting of trees that will benefit the community for years to come.
