Many external forces apply pressure to attract and retain top talent to the Las Vegas Healthcare System. Our charter is to engage physicians in all practices and specialties to ensure their concerns are heard and adequate resources are brought. Individual physicians are the heart and soul of Las Vegas Healthcare\, and without them\, Las Vegas is no longer the city that we know and love.
